Our ham
Due to the climatic characteristics of the area, our ham has a unique and special flavor, since the climate is cold and dry and favors a natural cure.
Elaboration
We produce a female ham, with its optimal degree of fat, only with sea salt and lard. They have a cure of 18 to 24 months.
